We carry out the following work on the overhaul of engines:
- Finely bore and honing cylinder surfaces - Check crankshaft for cracks
- Grind bearings
- Check shaft for hardness, if necessary post-cure
- Check the connecting rod for the blind hole and edit or renew it
- Check main bearing drillings, if necessary drill in alignment
- Check camshaft and grind, replace if necessary
- For individual engines, check flywheels and starter ring gear and grind
- Check camshaft bearing and process bearing track, replace bearing
- Check and modify valve seats, replace valve seat rings if necessary
- Check valves and grind, replace if necessary
- Check and modify cylinder head, replace if necessary
- Check oil pump or conveyor wheels and valves and renew if necessary
- Test bench run on a functional or performance test bench

- Piston complete with bolts and rings

- All filters on the engine
