Eure Mechanik des Aufstelldaches geht schwer? Der Zeltstoff ist nicht mehr richtig gespannt? Das liegt an der Konstruktion der Mechanik. Die Querstange zum anheben des Daches arbeitet sich in das Oberteil der Mechanik ein. Durch das hohe Gewicht des Daches reibt ein 4mm Blech auf der dünnwandigen Querstange. Diese arbeitet sich ein und das Dach sinkt ein.

Mit dem Umbau-Kit aus Edelstahl könnt ihr in weniger als 30 min auf eine leichtgängige, wartungsfreie Gleitlagerung mit Teflon Beschichtung umbauen.

Für die Montage werden lediglich benötigt:

Akkuschrauber bzw Bohrmaschine und 7mm Bohrer, wer hat Körner oder kleinen Bohrer zum vorbohren
Bügelsäge
kleine Feile zum entgraten
Kunststoffhammer
Permanentmarker (Edding)
4mm Innensechskantschlüssel, Ring- oder Maulschlüssel 8 und 10mm
